Return Policies

We hope you love your product, but if you are not satisfied please see our policies for returns and exchanges.


Merchandise must be received back to our office (Lyte Boutique) within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since purchase date unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds are not granted for discounted items, including items purchased as a discounted bundle package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If refund policies are met, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received in our office.

We do not refund the shipping price from the original purchase.

Please request a return for your purchase by clicking on the following link.  We will send you a shipping label for your return (discounted items do not apply). Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Ship all returns with a tracking number.

If upon arrival to you, the purchased item is found to be damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we will gladly pay all expenses related to the return and/or exchange (including the cost of the shipping label). Please provide us with a tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (include in subject line DELAYED REFUND).

Sale items (if applicable):
Regularly priced items may be refunded. A store credit or exchange is available for sale/discounted items.

Please see below for situations where REFUNDS will NOT be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Any sale/discounted items (these items are eligible for store credit or exchange).

Original shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Please note. IF the item is being exchanged due to our error (defective or wrong item sent), we will pay all shipping costs to replace the item. However, we will not refund the original shipping costs under any circumstances. If the shipment is for an exchange we will send you a return shipping label (for US customers only); however, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you. The shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you may be deducted using the account information from your original payment method, or an invoice with the shipping fee will be emailed to you.

Items purchased at a discount, or within a discounted bundle package are available for store credit or exchanges only. If items within this category are exchanged, the exchange will be granted only for an identical item of different color or size. If the item of interest for exchange is out-of-stock (eg. different size or color is unavailable) or the customer prefers a store credit, then a store credit will be issued equaling the price spent on the discounted item, or 60% of the original retail price (or advertised price) of the item if it was purchased as part of a discounted bundle package (this does not include 'Buy 1, Get 1 for X discounts).

Store credits and shipment of exchanged items will not be processed until we have received and inspected the returned items.

Send your item within 30 days of purchase for all exchanges, refunds, and store credits. Please see "shipping" section for details.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

We will gladly send you shipping labels to return/exchange defective merchandise, wrong items shipped, OR when returning items back to us for a size exchange (item style must be identical) (US customers only).

All shipping costs paid for by Lyte Boutique are for domestic standard shipping rates.

We do not pay the cost of shipping fees related to returns/exchanges of orders outside of the US.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. For items below $75 we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
